Thank you for considering St. Mark's School for your child's education. We know your educational choice is important to you, and it is equally important to us.
Below are links to our registration forms. Please click on each link, print the form and complete it. Bring your completed forms with you when you tour our school. Students entering St. Mark's School will be required to take an assessment test for placement. You will receive our School Calendar, Parent Handbook, and a Lunch Bunch Menu upon admission.
